How will your suggestion improve OPBlocks:

When you kill the same person a certain amount of times it won't count towards your killstreak. This would stop boosting for killstreaks and also make it more fair for people who don't boost and want to earn there killstreaks fairly​

This was a feature implemented in V1 and I really enjoyed having it. People can't boost killstreaks and have to earn them legit. I definitely support this idea.
