They should be lucky blocks, but they're broken.
Keep the sponges, they'll worth alot when lucky blocks are fixed.

Like other people said, keep them as they'll be really rare in future. Keep them in your plot, pv or as a /hat for now

Sponges are currently fake lucky blocks, although they're usless now, I suggest keeping them for later use. Trkey stated that in his Lucky Block incorporating thread.
