what's he getting surgery for? also that rlly sucks but if you think about it the surgery could be helping him ahha,, unless ur concerned with yourself seeing it and not him getting the surgery, but i don't think so.
my little brother had surgery close to my birthday because there were problems with his leg but i'm just happy that it made him feel better. ^_^
