Lost my pick...

So, I gave my pick to JBromage since he accidentally /ci'd his, and he was in a really bad mood. When i got back on, he hadn't put it in a chest like I told him. So I asked him what happened, and he wouldnt tell me. He was just constantly apologizing. So my thought is, he was so mad, he just /ci'd again without thinking with my pick. Now i have a screenshot, but i don't have proof that this happened. PLEASE, if I could just get my pickaxe back, that's all I ask. @Amazing @Mochi
EDIT: JBromage left a comment on this post explaining what happened, I hope that's enough proof to get it back.

I accidently ./ci my pic earlier from clearing cobble ... then piggeh being the great friend he was gave me his to borrow .. I went to mine but my hotbar was full of cobble I picked up off the floor, so I did ./ci to clear the cobble without realising I borrow piggeh's pic and I lost it once again ... I'm so sorry piggeh and it'd be great if I could be returned <3
