You currently can't apply for staff. Remember the requirements for even starting to make one is; You need 30 posts, and your forums account needs to be atleast 1 week old.

And as it is now you only have 22 posts...
Additionally you should probably work on getting a little more known in the community before applying, as this can help your chance a little bit.
